RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

To process an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept only exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. Store Credit valid for 6 Months will be provided in place of refunds.
The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

Conditions for Returns and Replacements:

Eligibility:

  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Item delivered damaged.
  • Item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Size exchange needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer exchanges on all orders. To Return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your order. 

Exchange or Return Process:

  1. Immediately contact us with a valid reason and we will generate a return authorization for you.
  2. Once approved, Send back us our order to the provided address at the time of return communication and Notify us with the details for the same.
  3. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  4. After the return is received and it passes quality inspection, we will process the store credit within 2-3 business days which will be valid for 6 months.

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at ANORI. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
